30-day free storage: we will store each package we receive for you at no cost for up to 30 days. After 30 days, a fee of £0.50 per day per package received is charged until your package is shipped.

Free returns: if there is any reason you want to return your item to the sender, we won’t charge a fee.  We want you to be able to try our service with confidence.  If you are unhappy with anything after your package arrives at our warehouse, you can simply send it back for free within seven days.

Combine & Repack: Choose our Combine and Repack service before shipping to reduce the size and number of packages in your shipment. If the overall volume of your shipment can be reduced it will often substantially reduce the cost of shipping by air.

STEP 1 – SIGN UP TO GET A FREE FORWARD2ME GERMAN ADDRESS

Follow the simple steps to sign up with forward2me and receive your personal German forwarding address. After you create your account, you will receive your new address.

STEP 2 - ORDER YOUR GOODS

Go to your favorite German or EU shops such as Amazon.de and order your goods using your forward2me address as the delivery address.

STEP 3 - WE RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL

Upon receiving your parcel, we may elect to check its contents to ensure it can be safely and legally shipped to your forwarding address. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you only send items that may be legally and safely imported to your country of residence. We will then send you an e-mail informing you of its arrival.

STEP 4 - WE SHIP YOUR PARCEL

You can log in to your account and select your preferred courier and pay for the shipping. You can pay with a credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer account. If you make payment before 11:00 am UK time on a work day then we will typically ship the same day.

STEP 5 - YOUR PARCEL ARRIVES AT YOUR DOORSTEP

Depending on the courier you select, you can expect to receive delivery of your parcel within 1 to 4 working days of the date of dispatch from our depot. This can vary depending on local customs processes which are outside our control.
