Excellent service. Definitely the one of the best in UK but could be cheaper
im hoping that carrier choices expand more to suit customers from different countries
For example "aramex" in my country they deliver better than dhl or ups
Box fits everything perfectly no wasted space to pay for but the options like filler of protection could improve the service And the shipping option which some customers prefer to choice it to keep everything safe instead of dealing with unwanted option that worries some people.

Everything worked really well, no delays or problems. After I had chosen DPD as courier I read a lot of unfavourable reviews regarding their deliveries in Denmark. However, the parcel was delivered by PostNord / DPD without any delay, so I have absolutely no complaints.

Process was quick and more expensive than I anticipated but the real problem was with the goods I received. I had this company forward me three limited edition games of which one had the seal broken and box torn for no apparent reason. When I emailed about this I was told customs was at fault, but I have had packages inspected by customs before. You can tell when a package has been opened and resealed at customs and there was no evidence of this. There was also no customs inspection form inside the package. In short the service is quick and expensive but I won't be using it again. I didn't pay such high costs to have my items opened and damaged.

Very fast service although courier services are mostly recommended and of course more expensive than normal post. It would be nice to use normal or registered post to minimize the expenses in case the delivery is not urgent.

Quick and easy service. It's not very cheap due to the fact that there's no post office delivery and instead, couriers are shipping the products. But again, for high value purchases this is more preferable. One thing that I don't particularly appreciate is the fact that they break seals of new products in order to check the contents of your orders. I do understand the reasoning behind but if this is a new product and there's a factory seal, this has to be shipped as is.

Would not use this service again. DHL was not a good chose and were terrible to deal with. They held my shipment hostage for a week and were horrible with their communication. I could not get a hold of the person responsible for my shipment without several phone calls.
