Your goods can be received by us during these hours which vary according to the address at which the goods are arriving. All times quoted are local times.

OPENING HOURS FOR HOLIDAY SEASON 2024

December is this time of the year, when pretty much all the courier companies are taking some days off or don't cover 100% including us. We understand how important it is for you to receive your parcels in a timely manner, which is why we advise you to plan accordingly. On this page you will find information about all of our warehouses + some factors you need to be aware of. We are doing our best to process all parcels on time, which is why our closed days are matching the days when couriers are not collecting items.

USA WAREHOUSE

JAPAN WAREHOUSE

Normal hours over Christmas.
Closed from Saturday 28th December reopen Monday 6th January.

GERMANY WAREHOUSE

December 24, 2024: Shortened working hours until 2:00 PM. No deliveries in Germany via GLS or DHL Paket. Other couriers will deliver until 12:00 PM due to their shortened hours. Collections, shipping, CR will proceed as normal.
