forward2me provides a Returns Management service tailored to people and businesses selling on sites like amazon.co.uk and ebay.co.uk from abroad. Our dedicated team manages the reverse logistics for returned goods and gives complete control over how they are dealt with at the warehouse.

Amazon has updated their returns policy for international sellers in February 2015. Marketplace sellers must now "either (1) provide a local address in their elected country for returns, or (2) pay for return shipping on all returns". For retailers selling from abroad this can be extremely expensive owing to the international shipping cost for each item.

forward2me offers a simple returns management solution for selling in the UK by providing a British address. This means your customers have a location to return items that is local to their market. Once the package has arrived at our depot, we offer additional returns management services which give you complete control over how items are handled.

Inspection, document scanning and photo

Some items are returned due to a fault. In this case we will check the condition of the item and take photos which will be emailed to you. We will also scan any attached Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documents which may be relevant for refund claims.

Consolidation - Combine and Repack

If multiple returns items are arriving at our warehouse we can combine them into fewer packages, which reduces overall volume and weight saving you money on shipping.

Storage

We can store your items in our secure warehouse until you decide to either consolidate and ship them or have them disposed of.

International shipping

If you want the items that have been returned to be delivered back to your selling location we can package your goods and ship internationally.
