This was my 4th time using forward2me, the first 3 times I had no issues and had excellent service however this 4th parcel had a lot of issues.
6 items was combined into the 1 parcel, 2 of the items was scanned and allocated incorrectly to another customers account. Slow on email replies as only 1 reply per day, if you responded back with more information it would take the next day to get another response.
Estimated shipping price is always 10% lower than actual charged price. Put more effort into your estimates, its not hard, increase it by 10%.

I'm really sorry that one of your parcels was allocated to an incorrect account on this shipment, although our processors are very careful when booking in parcels and we do minimize these kind of errors by having procedures in place mistakes do happen from time to time due to human error. I know this must have been very worrying for you at the time and I'm pleased that we managed to resolve the issue.

Our customer care team do try our best to reply to our customer queries as soon as possible, this is usually within 24 hours however from time to time during busy periods this may take a little longer than normal.

I see that you have mentioned that your shipping costs appear to have been higher than the initial estimate for shipping, I'm thinking that you are referring to the estimate provided when you requested our combine and repack service.
When this service is requested an estimate for shipping is provided from the actual weight of the parcel and the actual size of the parcel (volume) before optimisation. It is very difficult at this stage to estimate the final package size and weight until our processing team have evaluated how they are going to repack the goods for shipping.

Sometimes packages cannot be reduced significantly to reduce the shipping cost and require additional packaging so they are safe and secure for international transit hence the size of the parcel may increase a little and therefore the price would do too.

Needed something shipped from the UK to Australia and came across this site in a Google search. forward2me allowed me to set up a local address in seconds, then when my package arrived, were great with the communication. I've shipped over 150 parcels with these guys and i would guess that 99% have been shipped out the same day they arrived at their warehouse. It's a mightily impressive service, but importantly it remains consistently good.
If I go a few weeks without using their services I always know that when I do require them they won't let me down.
Simple to use website, polite and helpful customer service on the rare occasions I've needed them, a great example of how a company should operate.

Great communication, delivery within a week from UK to Australia, packages received in good condition.
I had a little trouble with ordering through Amazon due to forward2me address not being accepted properly but forward2me support were responsive and provided me with a solution which sorted this out straight away.
Overall a great service with responsive customer support.

We've used your service a few times. I've taken a star off because you don't advise customers when the bought items have arrived with you. We've been caught out a few times because we've waited for an email from you advising us that you have the items. This happened again and it was days before we remembered that with your freight forwarding service we have to keep checking your site daily to see if you have our items. Other services email us when they've received our goods which is a much better service. Kind regards.

A great service. The only downside was that the supplier added in a catalogue which I did not know about, and this added to the weight of the package. I cannot fault forward2me as my parcel arrived on time with no hassle whatsoever. I will use again.

I placed my order with a store in the UK to have it delivered to forward2me. Within a week, the package has arrived at my home in the US. Forward2me let me know that they had received the package and as soon as I paid for shipping, they had it out the door right away. Would definitely use them again.

communicative and responsive, but does not convince me with good expertise, experiences and shipping knowledge know-how. pretty much like naive level especially when it handling goods such as hifi speaker. Upon my stuff being declined for shipment, with half an hour, I easily managed to identified 3 forwarders who gave me immediate green light for hifi speaker shipment.
