The process was pretty straightforward, and the communication was great. The only thing was the shipping price, which, in my opinion, was a little crazy for what I ordered and the size and weight of the package.

I had a complicated purchase on eBay.uk from Spain. Through forward2me's services, I was able to recover most of my money. The shipment was delayed beyond the return period, and the product I received was not the one I had ordered. Joyce, from forward2me helped me with the refund of customs fees after returning the wrong product. She helped me with the claim for the cost of the product as well as compensation for the shipping costs due to the delay.

To ship my item to me, they want a copy of my drivers license or passport, along with a bank statement or utility bill and the original invoice, not a screenshot. I don't have the original invoice because it came from the UK and I'm in NJ. I already sent them the emailed invoice and tracking info several times prior to the package arriving to them.I asked for them to return it because I wasn't comfortable with sending all of those personal documents and they sent me another list of demands for that including original invoice again and a prepaid shipping label or fill out a form and they charge you I’m guessing an arm and a leg. They get you stuck between a rock and a hard place because we're overseas and they have the product that we already paid for. There website mentions none of this in the steps of the process and actually boasts “no hassle, free returns for any reason.”

Huge thanks to Julie from the UK warehouse for her amazing help! Communication was super quick and easy, and she made everything stress-free. My package was slightly delayed due to it containing wax melts, but the issue was resolved quickly and smoothly. Can’t wait to receive my order now! Regarding to USPS the parcel was delivered to the right address of the US warehouse and left with an individual. Regarding to forward2me it wasn't. Either way I lost my money. Forward2me was responsive and tried to solve the situation. They offered me a discount on my next delivery. But how can I trust the service, if it didn't work the first time. Do not recommend using the service for parcels from the US to Germany.
Edit: After I wrote this review (1 star) the customer service contacted me again. This time they offered me to compensate the 31 USD. So in the end I got my money back, but it took a lot of time and I can not recommend the service itself, because it didn't work for me. The customer service ist alright.

Crap
Experience twice. So the Customer Service is the most terrible you’ll ever have because they have a WhatsApp thread and they never respond there they they respond to email and you don’t know what they responding to. They lose the thread basically very shortly after because there’s another customer surveys that picks up the thread and starts all over I repeat all over and says what can I help you with so I had two months spending without my problem being solved and having an accumulation of storage of my packages as a penalty because I wasn’t helped at all to log into my second account which I never used and I have no idea how things landed there for me in the end they evaluated the worth of the package wrongly. I had to pay custom taxes on the top of that so in the end it cost me three times then what it should have so never again thank you for this absolutely horrible , assistance

Sent a package from the UK main warehouse to Spain and it got stuck in customs. FedEx was useless in solving the problem. Julie from forward2you customer service was very helpful. She provided me with the documents I needed to send and the package was on it's way the next day.

Terrible customer service. Replies to e-mail without answering to anything, and ignores their one "worst price" promise for shipping. Will never use them again.

The service is reliable and straightforward at the USA warehouse, and although some fees may be a little high at times they are clearly stated. The chosen shipping service requested some information but Nica at the warehouse informed me about it to avoid delays.

U.a. ein Ultraschallgerät wurde via ebay gekauft - und da der Verkäufer nicht direkt nach Deutschland sendet wurde der Weg über forward2me (USA) gewählt. Mit 2 Tagen Verzögerung (im Vergleich zum direkten tracking) wurde der Wareneingang bestätigt. Dann wurde das Gerät aus unerfindlichen Gründen als 'medication' deklariert. Und bei medication da gibt es leider Sonderbestimmungen fürs shipping. Man solle sich mit dem Service in Verbindung setzen. KI-chat der bekannte völlig unbrauchbare Infokanal. 3 eMails ohne response. Ware hängt dort nun fest.
Bei anderen Artikeln wird keine bezahlbare Zollabwicklung angeboten. 40 % vom Warenwert sollten da bezahlt werden. Auch eine Warenversicherung ist unverschämt teuer.
Fazit unbrauchbarer Service! All die tollen Bewertungen sicher nicht forward2me USA - denn das ist schlicht unbrauchbar.
Bei anderen Artikeln wird keine bezahlbare Zollabwicklung angeboten. 40 % vom Warenwert sollten da bezahlt werden. Auch eine Warenversicherung ist unverschämt teuer.

Had a great experience with Forward2me. I got myself some Stanleys from the US that are not available here in the UK. The service was quick (though a bit expensive). Honey from US was my rep and she expedited the shipping and informed me of the every step.

J'ai fait appel à Forward2me pour importer une commande du Pokémon Center UK. Je suis très satisfaite du service. Mon colis est arrivé sans encombres en France.
21€ de frais de douane supplémentaire dela part d'UPS, ça pique un peu mais je m'y attendais.
Sinon le calculateur de prix de livraison sur le site est 100% correct. Le service client est réactif. 22£ pour envoyer mon colis, reçu 2j après comme convenu. Je recommande cette entreprise.

Within less than an hour Joyce helped me on whatsapp with my very first order. She was patient and kind towards me. She took her time and explained everything well and helped me through the process until the end. This is one of the best customer service I’ve received online and I’m more than happy🥰 I’m satisfied that I’v stumbled on a website like this that allows people to order items even though the original website doesn’t ship to the country where you live in.
