The service is fantastic especially if you want something in a hurry and Janet the girl I deal with is really lovely but I didn't rate it exellent as I have found a company that is cheaper.

Supbert survive! orderd a jumper from Hackett took Hackett five days to send it to forward2me, received the item the following day! :) the price was a bit steep but it was worth it! Karlstad, Sweden

The service is good for expensive purchases with a big price difference between UK and DK. I have considered using the service several times for smaller purchases but found it to be too expensive.

the service was really good, the items were securely packed and arrived undamaged very quickly. but it was too expensive for me to use this service again or recommend it to others. the cost of the postage - 195 pounds - was more than the cost of the goods.The price i was charged was a lot more than the price i calculated using the Forward2me calculator, so i felt ripped off. I asked if they had a cheaper option as i am not in a hurry to receive the goods, and was told it was only for 2kgs or less. so i wont be using this service again as there seems to be no way of guaranteeing the delivery cost prior to having my items sent to forward2me.

First delivery was excellent. Door to door service amazing. My parcel arrived in Australia within 3 days from the UK. The sencond delivery was slighty less so as the local courier passed my parcel on to Australia Post, which in turn slowed the process and also meant I had to go and pick my parcel up from the local post office. The second delivery was alittle dissapointing for the charges paid.

Thanks for the feedback.<br/><br/>Regarding the estimate - please get in touch with us and provide more details so we can understand what happened. We have a policy of honouring all estimates even if it means we make a loss on it - we would rather do that than risk an unhappy customer so it's not clear how this has happened.
it works, but it's far too expensive - the estimate was not close to the real cost. I will not use the service again.

The staff are very prompt in sending your packages as well as responding to any questions that you may have. I found that the cost of getting the packages shipped was a little pricey but I will definitely use again if needed

The process worked much better than I thought it would. Once "Forward2me" had my items, it was only a matter of days before they were flown across the pond and showed up at my door! The DHL delivery was very efficient and fast. One of my 2 items was separated in the delivery process, but DHL promptly delivered it the next day. I am looking forward to using this process again.I think it helped "Forward2me" that I gave them a list (containing the contents, size, and weight) of the items to be delivered to me. I would recommend you do the same also.

I have been impressed with Forward2me's service my products are despatched promptly & well packaged. I recently had a query regarding a charge & Michelle addressed & rectified the issue very quickly. Would recommend them highly.

Thanks for your feedback. We do use DHL Express for delivery which can be more expensive in some circumstances - e.g. very small or low value items. The reasons we use this DHL are the level of service, tracking and insurance. Using normal post would not include any of these.<br/><br/>James
I think your service is very good but was quite put out by your charneed my parcel to be sent by DHL normal post would have been good enough.
