I must admit that I was a bit concerned using this service, given some of the negative reviews I read. However, after my own personal experience I can confidently say that this was the most seamless, smooth, and reliable forwarding service I have used! I received ample communication regarding my parcel and was given a few carrier options when it came down to forwarding to the United States. My items from the UK arrived undamaged and within a week of ordering from the original manufacturer! I’ll definitely be using Forward2me in the future when ordering from London.

My shipment was opened and then repacked with the remark that was done because I didn't upload the invoice for it, but I did. After uploading it was stated that the items are manually added. This makes no sense, but ok. The shipment arrived neatly packed and in excellent shape.

This is the first time I have used the services of Forward2me's Japanese office and I am very satisfied with their performance. I had items sent from Amazon.jp to the address I was previously assigned by Forward2me for deliveries within Japan. Forward2me's homepage is very well structured and kept me informed about the status of my shipment at all times. The fees charged by Forward2me are fair and adequate. The shipment with DHL Express was sufficiently well packaged and reached me in Austria within just under five working days. The contact with the customer agent Nica was very nice and she answered all my questions very quickly and competently. I was definitely impressed by Forward2me's work and I will definitely use their services again.
